In order to make sure receive the items in a timely manner, your package (items you purchased) will be sent directly from our warehouses spread all over the world, where in the two most important warehouses are located in the US and Canada.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.

CRANVITA's Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The policy of Compensation First is available for all the problems.

How To Return Items

  1. Request RMA: Choose which items you want to return and why. If the items had any issue, including a description or photos that will help us understand your concerns. Please allow 24 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved. (

  2. Pack Your Return: Once your RMA is approved you will receive an e-mail with a packing slip to print. Please include that slip in the envelope or box along with the return

  3. Ship it Out: Please make sure to follow instructions on where to return the items. Once we receive your return, it will take 5-7 business days for our team to process your request.


Return Policy

Within 30 days items may be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. Items that are from within 31-90 days may be returned for either an exchange or store credit.

For defective or damaged items a photo of the problem along with a description of the issue will help your return process go faster. Otherwise, our returns team will contact you to request that information.

Defect / Damage

For any items with an existing defect or damage upon arrival, you must attach a description of the issue, as well as photos of any reported damage on the item. Failure to attach this to your RMA request could result in a delay in the return process as our team will contact you for that information prior to approval.


We initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Processing time

Once your item returns to our warehouse it can take between 5-7 business days for our return team to process your RMA. Below are the timeframes for when you can expect to see the return completed depending on what you chose:

Return: When you receive the e-mail confirming your return is complete, we have processed. your refund. It may take 2-5 business day for the refund to process and show on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange: Once we complete your exchange you will receive an e-mail with your shipment and tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after shipment notification is sent to see your estimated delivery date on the tracking link.

Credit: Store credits are immediately available upon receipt of return completion e-mail, you will receive instructions in the e-mail on how to redeem your credit.
